Final details for the 2012 Reunion weekend!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28: C-A Homecoming Football game and ALL-Alumni Night at Scooter's in Flint, starting at 9PM.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29: 15-year Reunion at Remington's in Flint, 7PM 'til ??? $10 per person, tickets will be sold at the door.   Appetizers and drink specials all evening! 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30: We have the Randels Elementary pavilion and playground - bring your kids and your own picnic, 12-3PM!  No dishes to pass or anything, just come and hang out - please check the site for details regarding inclement weather!

VIZIO TV - donated by Ben Aubin

Our classmate Ben Aubin has donated a brand new Vizio flatscreen TV as a PRIZE at the reunion on Saturday! 

We also have a football signed by Michigan Head Football Coach Brady Hoke!

Tickets will be sold at the event and we'll also have a 50/50 with all proceeds going to the 20-year reunion!

Friday before the Reunion...

For old time's sake, come on out and bring your kids to the Carman-Ainsworth Homecoming game! The Class of '97 will have a meet-up area to the right of the entry until around the 3rd quarter.  The game starts at 7:00pm.  The cost is $5 for admission and parking is available at the Junior High.  The address at the Junior High is 1409 W. Maple Avenue in Flint.

Then later that night, we're meeting out at Scooter's in Flint for Carman-Ainsworth Alumni Night!  We'd love to see our former classmates that roamed the hall with us, so we're inviting ALL C-A Alums to come out and enjoy drink specials starting at 9pm!  We'll have tables reserved as well - please RSVP so that we can give Scooter's a proper head count!  Thanks!

15-year Reunion - Sat, Sept. 29, 2012

Carman-Ainsworth's Class of 1997 will host their 15-year reunion on Saturday, September 29th!

Remington's (located at 4103 Fenton Road in Flint) was very accommodating for our 10-year, and they are doing so again!  Last time we partied 'til close and everyone had a blast... can't wait to do it again!!

The cost is $10 per person at the door, which will include appetizers and drink specials all night.

The menu will include:
Chicken strips and wings
Swedish meatballs
Pasta salad
Veggies and dip
Pizza buffet
And hopefully spinach and artichoke dip!

Our classmate, Jon Brown, will be providing our DJ services - rocking out some late 90's music, and we'll have a reserved area in the bar.

We hope to have a few prizes to give away (by raffle to raise money for the 20-year) - if you'd like to promote your business and donate something, please email caclassof97@gmail.com.

Picnic - Randels Elementary - Sun, Sept. 30, 2012

We have the pavilion and the playground reserved from 12-3 pm on Sunday, September 30th!   

Bring your family and come relax (or recover from the night before?). The school is located at 6022 Brobeck Street in Flint, close to the intersection of Dye and Corunna Road.

This is very informal - you can certainly just come and let your kids play or just hang out - no dish to pass or anything!  It's "Bring Your Own Picnic"-style!

15-Year Reunion!

The Carman-Ainsworth Class of 1997 Reunion will be held the weekend of September 28-30, 2012 in Flint, MI.  Details are forthcoming, but here are the tentative plans:

FRIDAY: C-A Homecoming Game with a meet-up location post-game

SATURDAY: A local bar/restaurant, approximately 7-11pm

SUNDAY: An informal picnic at a C-A Elementary School - bring your family!
